Safety, fun, and respect are the foundation of the Siouxland Splash experience. The following policies apply to all guests and are enforced to protect guests, staff, and park operations.

1. PARK RULES & CODE OF CONDUCT

Guests must:
• Follow all posted rules and instructions from lifeguards and staff
• Act responsibly and respectfully toward others
• Refrain from running, diving, rough play, or unsafe behavior
• Supervise minors at all times
Siouxland Splash reserves the right to:
• Refuse admission
• Remove guests from attractions or the park
• Deny service for safety, rule violations, or disruptive behavior
Failure to comply with park rules may result in removal without refund.


2. WEATHER & ATTRACTION CLOSURE POLICY

Weather-Related Closures

The park or individual attractions may close due to:
• Lightning or thunder
• Severe storms
• High winds
• Heavy rain
• Extreme temperatures
• Any condition deemed unsafe
Closures may occur before opening or during operating hours.
Ticket Honoring – Full Park Closures
• If the entire park closes due to weather more than two (2) hours before
scheduled closing, your ticket will be honored for admission on any operating
day during the same season.
• If closure occurs within two (2) hours of scheduled closing, return admission
will not be offered.
• Guests do not need to pick up a rain check.
Partial attraction closures do not qualify.


3. ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

Waterpark attractions involve inherent risks, including slips, falls, and aquatic
hazards.
By entering Siouxland Splash:
• Guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation
• Guests acknowledge responsibility for their own health and limitations
• Siouxland Splash is not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to follow
rules or staff instructions


4. ALCOHOL & RESPONSIBLE CONSUMPTION POLICY

Alcohol is served at Siouxland Splash in designated areas only.
• Valid government-issued ID required (21+)
• Siouxland Splash reserves the right to refuse alcohol service at any time
• Guests who appear intoxicated may be refused access to attractions
• Alcohol may be restricted from certain attractions or areas
• Intoxicated or disorderly guests may be removed from the park
No outside alcohol is permitted.


5. BAG CHECK & PROHIBITED ITEMS POLICY

For safety reasons, Siouxland Splash reserves the right to inspect bags.
Prohibited items include:
• Outside alcohol
• Glass containers
• Illegal substances
• Weapons of any kind
• Drones or remote-controlled devices
• Any item deemed unsafe by management
Guests may be denied entry for prohibited items.


6. MINOR SUPERVISION POLICY

• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times
• Siouxland Splash is not a childcare facility
• Lifeguards are responsible for water safety—not supervision
• Group visits may require designated chaperones
Unattended minors may be removed from attractions until supervision is provided.


7. GUEST DRESS CODE & APPROPRIATE ATTIRE

Appropriate swimwear is required.
Not permitted:
• Clothing with offensive or inappropriate language or imagery
• Street clothes on slides unless otherwise posted
• Attire that interferes with attraction safety
• Excessively revealing or unsafe clothing
Footwear may be required in certain areas and prohibited on attractions.


8. ACCESSIBILITY & ADA ACCOMMODATIONS

Siouxland Splash is committed to accessibility.
• Some attractions have physical or safety limitations
• Guests may request accommodation information at Guest Services
• Service animals are permitted in accordance with ADA guidelines but may be
restricted from aquatic attractions

9. LOST & FOUND POLICY

Lost & Found is located at Guest Services
• Items are held for a limited time
• Siouxland Splash is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal
property
Lockers are available for guest use for a fee.


10. PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO POLICY

Photography & Video Notice:
By entering Siouxland Splash, guests consent to photography, audio recording, and

video recording, and agree that such content may be used for marketing, promotional,
advertising, and other lawful purposes without compensation.
This consent applies to adults and minors.


11. SMOKING & VAPING POLICY

Smoking and vaping are nor permitted anywhere on park property
• Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are prohibited in queues, attractions, and
pool areas
• Marijuana use is prohibited anywhere on park property


12. TICKETS, RE-ENTRY & VALIDITY

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable
• Re-entry permitted only with valid wristband or stamp, if applicable
• Tickets are valid only for the operating season purchased unless otherwise
stated


13. GROUP VISITS & SCHOOL POLICIES

Group leaders and chaperones are responsible for:
• Behavior and supervision of their group
• Compliance with all park rules
• Following arrival and departure procedures
Special group terms may apply.


14. POLICY ENFORCEMENT & MANAGEMENT DISCRETION

Siouxland Splash management reserves the right to:
• Interpret and enforce all guest policies
• Make safety-based decisions in real time

• Offer exceptions only at management’s discretion
